Step 1: Take a spoonful of water; pour it on grout or stone. Wait 5 minutes. Did the water absorb? Did the color darken?
If you answered yes to either of these, then your tile surfaces are not maximized for water-based stain protection.

How do you clean the surface to be sealed? Indoor surfaces must be steam-cleaned. We achieve this through our state of the art cleaning process which extracts the moisture during cleaning before applying the sealer. Exterior surfaces are pressure washed with heat.
How soon can I walk on the surface after sealing? This varies depending on temp, humidity, & absorbency of the surface being sealed. Usually within a couple of hours, you can be back on the surface.
